Who We Are
Strategic Benefits Advisors, Inc. (SBA) was founded in 2002 by Mindy Zatto and Andy Adams, well-respected benefits consultants who decided to step “outside the box” after many years of working for traditional consulting organizations. Mindy and Andy, along with several other forward-thinking consultants, set out to create a firm that would bridge the gap between providing practical consulting recommendations and the implementation of those solutions. SBA built a roster of talent to address that gap and is focused on creatively and effectively solving our client’s most difficult benefits-related issues.
Our consultants are some of the most experienced averaging over 20 years in the industry. Our approach to staffing is rooted in the fact that greater experience results in greater efficiency, innovative recommendations and solutions that are sustainable and implementable.
