  • Working with clients to develop project requirements
  • Conducting market research to identify available and appropriate solutions
  • Providing objective, third-party evaluation of solutions and/or vendors to help clients determine the optimal solution
  • Establishing project milestones and success measures
  • Building and maintaining the project plan and other project management tools as needed
  • Tracking countless project issues and working with each party to ensure full resolution
  • Coordinating with the benefits team, third-party vendors and other internal stakeholders as required for managing project activities, including establishing and managing weekly/bi-weekly/monthly project calls
  • Executing additional tasks where appropriate to take the burden off of the client staff
  • Preparing status reports for executive management, board and/or committee review
