Strategic Benefits Advisors (SBA) today announced the retirement of Founding Principal Andy Adams. The 36-year industry veteran leaves behind a legacy of innovation and leadership in employee benefits consulting and administration.

Adams co-founded SBA alongside Mindy Zatto in 2002 with the vision of introducing a new school of employee benefits consulting that would bridge the gap between how benefits plans are designed and how they are administered. Together, they grew SBA into a leading provider of consulting services that has helped organizations in every sector of the North American economy navigate their toughest employee benefits challenges while reducing plan expenses and improving efficiency, compliance and the participant experience.

“It is with gratitude and a touch of sadness that SBA announces Andy Adams’ retirement,” said Zatto. “His remarkable leadership, unwavering commitment and invaluable contributions have shaped our firm into the industry leader it is today. We wish him all the best in his future endeavors.”

In his retirement, Adams looks forward to continuing to serve his community as a board member for Greater Atlanta Christian Schools and the Foundation Trust.
